How is the quote calculated?
The online quote considers the extent and type of renovation work, including bathroom and bedroom quantities, then applies a travel allowance based on the estimated one-way driving time to the property.
When is the price reviewed manually?
Complete new houses, unusual work types, very high-complexity scopes and properties outside the standard travel range are sent for a quick price review. You will see the confirmed fee before any payment is requested.
